May 11 TO 15 the XV Campaign of surgeries for lip and cleft palate and ocular prostheses was held, where more than 30 children have benefited. The doctors who performed these operations are doctors from the UNAM who year after year made this beautiful work for children with cleft lip and palate at no cost.
Letty Coppel Foundation once again supported this campaign by providing hosting to the doctors who came from the capital. During the inauguration of the campaign, the Mayor thanked the institutions that supported this campaign to bring joy to the families who were benefitted.
The surgeries took place at the municipal hospital, Margarita Maza de Juarez, This time outside of Mazatlan children were also benefited by this campaign.
