Last October 15 World Food Day was celebrated in the facilities of the Democracies Primary School where several municipal and educational authorities were present. The headquarters of this event, Democracias Elementary School, has a dining room where hot breakfasts are delivered to the students of this campus and is supported by the Letty Coppel Foundation with a monthly pantry. As part of this event, the awards were given to the mothers who took the course of making soy-based dishes; who at the end of the event presented a gastronomic sample with various dishes.
