This Oct. 30, held the third installment of scholarships to children with differing abilities in coordination with the DIF System Mazatlan. The event was attended by Ms. Perla Sarmiento Mazatlan DIF System President and Director of the DIF system of Mazatlan, Mr. Benjamin Villela.
The most emotional event was when the mother of one of the children benefited, Mrs. Hilda Guillen gave a message of thanks in which he won the emotion and tears. Letty Coppel Foundation in coordination with DIF Mazatlan hands out 350 scholarships monthly thus benefiting one sector of the population unserved
