Letty Coppel Foundation took this small but significative event to give a special happy moment to its students, teachers and fathers of the students in the “Escuela de Educacion Especial CAM 50” in Mazatlan, where all the students had the opportunity to celebrate this tradition in a happy, joyful and funny way naming “The king of the Parade” and enjoying it.
