town has a shelter for children that are located in rural areas and due to their geographical location, are unable to attend school daily. For this reason, the shelter is open from Monday to Friday with the purpose that parents can drop off their children on Mondays and pick them up on Fridays. Different workshops are held every day after returning from school, such as, values, environmental education, recycling, and discipline. The Letty Coppel Foundation made this surprise visit to see their facility and give children gifts and donations such as sweatshirts, toys, backpacks and grocery supplies. This shelter serves 45 girls and boys of diverse ages from 4 to 14 years old.
With your donation you´re supporting programs that give hope to families in need.
