Letty Coppel Foundation carried out, like every Saturday, the “Mini Chef” workshop for children in PAMAR group of the DIF system in Los Cabos. They promptly went to the Jarocho restaurant to take their classes on making pizza, that Chef Francisco Rojas and his wife Ely Vásquez, taught these children to elaborate the pizzas based on the procedures as well as decoration, gladly. At the end of the workshop they set up a table for the demonstration of their work with their relatives.
the intention of this workshop is for the children to know the procedures and later to do at home, children thanked the Letty Coppel Foundation for supporting them, and of course to Chef Francisco Rojas.
