Letty Coppel Foundation delivers 100 pairs of eyeglasses

As part of the work of the Letty Coppel Foundation for the benefit of low-income people, on Friday, April 23, 2010, 100 pairs of glasses were delivered in coordination with the DIF of Mazatlan. The delivery was made in the parking lot of a shopping center where the health trailer is also donated by the Foundation.

From an early hour the beneficiaries of this program began to arrive, on behalf of the municipal DIF, with the presence of Mr. Mario Ricardo Jackson, director of the DIF system and Dr. Blanca Reyes, coordinator of the medical area of ​​this institution. In his speech, Mr. Jackson thanked for the support of the Letty Coppel Foundation for actions such as these where the most unprotected people of Mazatlan are supported.

Afterwards, the beneficiaries went to collect their glasses; which they need for their daily activities. This is one more activity that demonstrates the support of the Letty Coppel Foundation for low-income people.
