On September 3, 2010, Letty Coppel Foundation celebrated the elderly, with the presence of Ms. Letty Coppel held the event at the facilities of the Mazatlán Nursing Home, La Inmaculada.
During the event, Ms. Letty Coppel talked to older adults who live in the asylum as well as taking pictures with them. As part of the event Mrs. Coppel delivered the monthly pantry that month by month is delivered to this institution by the Letty Coppel Foundation.
One of the activities of this event was the presentation of artistic numbers by staff of the Emerald Bay Hotel, which pleased those attending this celebration. Also present was Ms. Perla Sarmiento, president of the municipal DIF.
As a final part of this event, a taquiza was held for those who celebrated, who thanked the gesture of the Letty Coppel Foundation through the Mother Superior of the Asylum, Sr. Maria Fátima.
