Through the Letty Coppel Foundation, the Pueblo Bonito Group delivered 50 PAMAR Scholarships on Saturday October 10th. The event took place in Cabo San Lucas in the presence of the President of DIF Cabo San Lucas, Erika Martínez Ibarra, Vianney Franco Nuñez, General Coordinator of the DIF and Jesus Juarez Espinosa, Head of Citizen Participation, representing Ms. Carolina Heart Castro, President of the Municipal DIF de Los Cabos,
The PAMAR program serves children and adolescents in psychosocial risk situations. The scholarships provide financial assistance for the children to purchase school supplies, uniforms and transportation so they can continue their education.
On behalf of the beneficiaries, Juan Carlos Alvarado, a boy of Chinese origin, expressed his gratitude and pleasure from receiving the aid and reiterated his commitment to fulfilling his responsibility to be a good student and thus be a better Mexican.
