Creating Good Eating Habits with Our Older Adults

In the Social Assistance Center of the Letty Coppel Foundation, activities were carried out with the Elderly on good eating habits, through the “Dish of Good Eating”. We talked about the use of the correct portions when cooking, the activities were divided into the 3 steps for a healthy life:
1.- Learn to make balanced dishes, where they made written and verbal dishes with the help of the “Dish of Good Eating”.
2.- The importance of Psychological Aid, they worked the memory with a soup of letters as well as working in a team.
3.- Physical Activity, special activation movements were performed for the elderly.
