Friday May 25, 2012, held a forum entitled “Amendment to Article 24 of the Constitution of the United Mexican States” in relation to freedom of ethical convictions, conscience and religion, organized by Members of Congress State Baja California Sur. So in this forum at the hotel long beach of Cabo San Lucas were received about 40 submissions in favor and against the amendment to article 24, in the representation of Letty Coppel Foundation Ms. Lucy Guevara attended for review on this article.
