Letty Coppel Foundation is taking part in the hand surgery campaign, together with municipal DIF association which is presided by Mrs. Sylvia de Felton and with the federal health secretary, were inviting low resources people in Mazatlan that may need hand surgery, so they can come to DIF association to consider them and evaluate their situation on April 15th, and see who are the more needed candidates to receive this surgery which took place in Culiacan Sinaloa city during the days April 18th and 19th in the general hospital.
