On Saturday, September 4, a conference was held at the Emerald States facility where the local media was presented with the project called “Massages in Braille”, which will be supported by the Letty Coppel Foundation in conjunction with Spamy.
This project consists of training 10 blind people so that they can give massages and thus can obtain income that allows them to integrate into the labor field. During the press conference requested support to the community mazatleca for this project to be successful.
The support of the Letty Coppel Foundation for this project consists of the delivery of the gowns and chairs that the beneficiaries of the project will use. During the event the instructor, who is also blind, offered a demonstration of the technique that students use when applying massage.
